Terms Integration

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on Uponify are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. For digital transformation services, specific project milestones and deliverables will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Returns & Refunds: Physical goods may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the digital asset has been downloaded, subject to our performance guarantee.
Payments: Uponify accepts various secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile money. In specific regions, Payment on Delivery (POD) may be available. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
