All orders placed on Uponify are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. For digital transformation services, specific project milestones and deliverables will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Returns and refunds
Physical goods may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the digital asset has been downloaded, subject to our performance guarantee.
Payments
Uponify accepts various secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile money. In specific regions, Payment on Delivery (POD) may be available. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Store Credit
Uponify may issue store credit for refunds or rewards. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to an expiration date as specified at the time of issuance.
Promotions
Promotional codes and vouchers are valid for a limited time and subject to specific campaign rules. Uponify reserves the right to void or modify promotions if we suspect misuse or technical errors.

No Waiver
No failure or delay by Uponify to exercise any right or remedy provided under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right.
Severability

Assignment
