How do we get started on a Digital Service after purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, a dedicated project manager from the Uponify team will reach out to you via email or phone within 24 business hours. We will send over a brief onboarding questionnaire to gather your business details, brand guidelines, and project goals before scheduling a kickoff call.
Can I request revisions on design or development services?
Yes, absolutely! We believe in getting it right. Standard service packages (such as UI/UX design or logo creation) include up to 3 rounds of revisions during the draft phase. Any adjustments beyond that can be accommodated but may incur an additional hourly fee.
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom website or application?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. A standard business website design and development setup typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, while complex web applications or full UI/UX design overhauls can take 4 to 8 weeks. We will provide a strict milestone timeline during our kickoff call.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after my website is built?
Yes. Uponify provides separate monthly and quarterly Website Maintenance packages. This includes core updates, routine backups, security checks, and minor content adjustments so you don’t have to worry about the technical backend.
What happens if I want to cancel my service project halfway through?
If you need to pause or cancel a service, please notify us immediately. You will only be billed for the milestones or hours of work our team has already completed up to the official cancellation date, as outlined in our service terms.
Physical Products
Do you offer Payment on Delivery (POD) for all items?
Yes, Payment on Delivery is available for physical items shipped within the Greater Accra Region. For orders shipped outside of Accra, we require payment upfront via Mobile Money (MoMo) or card at checkout before dispatching your item.
How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
We offer Free Delivery within Accra on most qualifying physical items! Orders inside Accra are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For nationwide deliveries outside Accra, standard shipping fees apply based on your location, and delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy for defective items?
We offer an Easy Return policy on physical goods. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact for us to process a swift replacement or store credit.
Are your electronics and gadgets covered by a warranty?
Yes. All certified brand-new electronics, laptops, and smartphones sold on Uponify come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months). Specific warranty details can be found listed on the individual product’s page.
Can I pick up my physical items directly from your office?
Yes! If you prefer to skip delivery, you can select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. Once your order is processed, you can collect it from our hub at The Accra Mall in Accra. We will notify you via text/email as soon as it’s ready.
Digital Products
How do I receive my digital template or E-book after payment?
Instantly! As soon as your checkout is complete, a download link will appear on your confirmation screen. You will also receive an automated email from Uponify containing a permanent access link to your files.
What file formats do your UI/UX and website templates come in?
Our design templates are fully layered and optimized. Depending on the product, you will receive native Figma files (.fig), standard HTML/CSS or WordPress files, or accessible links to duplicate creative assets directly into your own workspace. Check the “Specifications” tab on the product page for exact details.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a digital product?
Because digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned” physically, all digital product sales (templates, e-books, graphics packs) are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing a file or notice an error, please contact support and we will fix it immediately.
Am I allowed to use Uponify templates for commercial client work?
Yes, our standard digital product license allows you to use the assets for both personal projects and a single commercial client project. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or sub-license our templates as standalone files on other marketplaces.
My download link expired or I lost my file. How do I recover it?
Don’t worry! Simply log into your Uponify customer account, navigate to the “Downloads” tab, and you can re-download your active files at any time. Alternatively, reach out to info@uponify.com with your order number, and we will refresh your links.
